When you feel angry and disappointed do not do any thing. where ever you are, just close your eyes and take three deep breathes imagine your self flying in a clear blue sky -a light and bright spot in the sky since you get to choose it- and try to feel the cold soft wind on your skin and on your bear feet... now open your eyes and look again... it is really relieving. Get use to this simple way to get out of your angry mood. Do not let your anger control you and the most important , Do not loose your Goodness...
